ST. HELENA, CA, UNITED STATES, August 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Napa Valley Museum of Art & Culture (The MAC) announces that “The Wyeths: Three Generations | Works from the Bank of America Collection” has been extended through Sunday, September 27, 2026. Visitors now have two additional weeks to experience works spanning three generations of the celebrated Wyeth family.

The exhibition brings together 75 paintings, drawings and mixed-media works spanning three generations of the Wyeth family, including N.C. Wyeth, Andrew Wyeth and Jamie Wyeth, along with works by Henriette Wyeth and Peter Hurd.

Presented in California for the first time, the exhibition explores more than a century of American art through the distinctive perspectives of three generations of the Wyeth family.

“We’re delighted to be able to give visitors two more weeks to experience this extraordinary exhibition,” said Laura Rafaty, Executive Director of Napa Valley Museum. “The response to the Wyeths at The MAC has been tremendous, and this extension gives both our local community and visitors to Napa Valley another opportunity to experience these works together before the exhibition leaves California.”

“This exhibit has been so well-received that we are pleased to let The MAC continue to offer it,” said Amy Loflin, North Bay market executive, Bank of America. “Our extensive corporate art collection is meant to be shared and enjoyed with local museums, helping bring people together, expand access to the arts, and contribute to vibrant communities. This one clearly hit the mark.”

“The Wyeths: Three Generations | Works from the Bank of America Collection” has been loaned through Bank of America’s Art in Our Communities® program, which enables museums and nonprofit galleries to borrow curated exhibitions from the Bank of America art collection. Since launching the program in 2008, Bank of America has shared exhibitions with museums around the world as part of its commitment to increasing access to arts and culture.
